Introduction to Matter

Matter (previously known as Project CHIP or Project Connected Home over IP) aims to be an industry unifying standard for connected things at home. The objective is to specify and build an application layer that simplifies development for manufacturers and increases compatibility for consumers. In this webinar, we introduce you to Matter, its usage, and its primary features. We discuss underlying technologies and backward compatibility with already existing smart home protocols.
